Breakfast
Don't skip breakfast. According to many experts and some readings, breakfast is the most important meal of the whole day. Eating breakfast is the secret of healthy life. Many people skip breakfast in order to lose weight, but the true is skipping breakfast will likely build obesity, and also will make body vulnerable to diseases. This is not hearsay but it is the fact that has gone through researches. Even the word speaks by itself. Break-fast, probably is called that way because of the absence of food during dormant state of body from night until the wake up time in the morning. Our bodies need enough nutrition to have energy to do daily activities and if there is no enough nutrition in the morning, later on by mid-morning our brain system will spread sudden food craving to our bodies. That is why skipping breakfast can lead to obesity. A healthy breakfast contains enough fiber and protein. Fruits and whole-grains cereal supply fiber, while eggs, lean slices of meat and fish supply protein to your body. A glass of low fat skim milk will care your bone health. Drink enough water too!
